How prices are structured
Every price on this site derives from a single per-city registry of essential sedan starting prices. Different figures appear in different places because they are different service tiers and vehicle sizes, not competing price lists.

Vehicle size then multiplies the tier price: Sedan/Coupe 1x, SUV/Crossover 1.2x, Truck/Van 1.3x, Luxury/Exotic 1.5x, Classic/Vintage 1.4x. A price shown on a comparison page next to a competitor's name is that competitor's published rate, not a SLYYYDE price. All figures are starting estimates; condition, add-ons, and address determine the final quote.
Coverage definitions
Published counts refer to different things, so each one is defined here rather than used interchangeably. The pricing dataset reports 158 priced markets; the ranking inventory separately contains 129 canonical comparison markets.

A market appears on exactly one canonical city URL. The nine California cities served by the state route are not additionally published under the locations route, so no city is counted twice.

Primary public sources
Public provider prices may be checked for reasonableness when a comparable package is visible. Those checks are not presented as a complete competitor sample and are not averaged into SLYYYDE's first-party dataset.
