Fleet Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to fleet quote forms and related fleet communications on slyyydemobiledetail.com. It does not govern an independent detailer's own website, contract, payment system, or privacy practices. Review the selected provider's policies before engaging them.

2. Information we collect

When you request a fleet quote, we collect information you provide, including company and contact name, work email, phone number, service market and locations, fleet size, vehicle types, desired frequency, requested services, operating notes, timing, and other details you submit.

We may also receive ordinary technical and site-use information, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested page, and security or diagnostic data generated when you use the site.

3. How we use information

• Review and respond to your fleet request.
• Identify and connect you with selected independent local detailers.
• Contact you by call, text, or email about the requested quote and related service coordination.
• Create final quotes and secure payment links, reconcile payments and provider payouts, process refunds, and resolve disputes.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the fleet marketplace service.
• Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with law and protect legal rights, safety, and property.

Quote contact permission is transactional and is not consent to unrelated promotional marketing. We will seek separate consent where legally required for marketing.

4. How we disclose information

We may share request details with one or more selected independent detailers so they can evaluate availability and perform the work. Those providers are separate businesses and handle information under their own practices.

When you pay a regular-booking deposit, remaining balance, or fleet quote, Stripe processes payment credentials and transaction data under its own privacy terms. SLYYYDE does not receive or store your complete card number. We may receive transaction identifiers, installment type, payment status, billing contact data, refund information, payout status, and dispute records needed to administer the marketplace.

We may also disclose information to vendors that support email, hosting, security, analytics, and site operations; to professional advisers; during a business transaction; when required by law; or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell fleet-request personal information for money, and we do not use it for unrelated third-party marketing without separate permission.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or withdraw permission for future quote communications, by emailing wash@slyyyde.com. Text STOP to revoke text messages; you may still receive non-text follow-up if appropriate. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights to know, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right. Because we do not sell fleet-request information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, an opt-out of those activities is not generally necessary for this service.

6. Retention and security

We retain request and communication records only as reasonably needed to provide the referral service, document consent, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the request and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no email, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The fleet service is intended for business representatives and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through fleet quote forms.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
