Fleet Marketplace Terms

1. Referral service only

SLYYYDE receives fleet requests, reviews stated needs, and may share a request with selected independent local detailers. We facilitate introductions only. We are not the detailing provider, employer, agent, partner, joint venturer, broker, insurer, guarantor, or representative of any customer or provider.

Submitting a request does not create a booking, guarantee a response, establish provider availability, or obligate anyone to enter an agreement.

2. Independent providers and marketplace payments

Each provider is an independent business responsible for performing the service. These terms apply to both individual SLYYYDE N' Wash bookings and fleet work. After scope is confirmed, SLYYYDE may issue a final quote and collect payment through Stripe Connect. Regular Express Wash bookings require a $25 deposit; Essential, Premium, and Ceramic bookings require a 20% deposit. Deposits apply to the final quote, and SLYYYDE may collect the remaining balance after service. Fleet work may require full payment of the finalized quote. SLYYYDE retains a marketplace fee and Stripe routes the provider's share to the assigned detailer.

SLYYYDE does not control how providers perform work. Unless SLYYYDE expressly confirms a specific check in writing, we do not endorse or guarantee a provider's identity, background, qualifications, licensing, permits, insurance, financial condition, legal compliance, safety, availability, quality, or results.

Contact SLYYYDE promptly to request cancellation or a refund. Eligibility depends on work performed, committed provider time, supplied materials, the accepted quote, and applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Payment disputes may pause service while investigated.

3. Customer evaluation and responsibilities

Before hiring a provider, you are responsible for evaluating suitability and verifying credentials relevant to your operation, including business identity, references, licenses, permits, insurance limits and exclusions, site rules, environmental and runoff compliance, safety practices, pricing, and contract terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate site and vehicle information; obtaining authority to request service; identifying hazards and access restrictions; securing valuables; documenting pre-existing damage; and complying with your own procurement, property, and operational requirements.

4. Quote communications

When you check the acknowledgement and submit a fleet form, you ask SLYYYDE and selected independent providers to contact you by call, text, and email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and no purchase occurs through the request form. Reply STOP to revoke texts or contact us at wash@slyyyde.com.

This permission covers transactional quote and service-coordination messages, not unrelated promotional marketing.

5. Accurate information and acceptable use

You must provide accurate, current information and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not impersonate another person, submit requests without authority, interfere with site security, scrape or misuse provider information, transmit malicious code, send spam, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The site, brand, copy, graphics, design, and platform materials are owned by SLYYYDE or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the fleet service for its intended business purpose. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and referral service are provided "as is" and "as available." SLYYYDE disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accurate provider statements, successful matching, estimates, availability, service quality, legal compliance, or any particular result. Nothing here waives a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLYYYDE and its owners, personnel, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption; or any provider's acts, omissions, services, property damage, injury, delay, dispute, or legal noncompliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLYYYDE's aggregate liability arising from the fleet referral service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to SLYYYDE for that referral during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SLYYYDE and its owners, personnel, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted information, site or fleet conditions, breach of these terms, unlawful use, infringement of rights, or your direct agreement or dispute with a provider. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from SLYYYDE's own unlawful conduct.

10. Wyoming law and venue

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable right or required venue, disputes between you and SLYYYDE must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Your separate agreement with a provider may contain different terms.

11. General terms

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without consent; SLYYYDE may assign them in connection with its business. These terms and the Fleet Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and SLYYYDE concerning this referral service.
